Fundraising Manager

As a Fundraising Manager at Refuge Events based in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to secure CSR sponsorships and funding for our events. You will be expected to develop tailored sponsorship proposals, align sponsorships with event goals, lead fundraising campaigns, and engage with donors effectively. Additionally, maintaining sponsor relationships and tracking/reporting fundraising outcomes will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR fundraising and sponsorship. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Being target-driven and having industry knowledge will also be beneficial in meeting the fundraising goals set by the company.
