Design thinking with a focus on innovation in classroom transactions gave birth to Sampark Smart Shala, which is a learning outcome-focused initiative that uses a sound box with a voice mascot called Sampark Didi along with music and songs to teach English using LSRW and whole language approach, Innovatively designed TLMs to teach Math from concrete to abstract, BOT enabled mobile App for teachers that works without internet, multimedia fun workbooks with QR codes for children at less than $1 per child per annum. The 1.8 Crore Impact Our journey of learning by working with 1.4 Lakh rural schools, 1.8 Crore children in 8 states (Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra & Rajasthan) is just that a learning journey because problems at scale can only be solved with patience, perseverance, and lots of passion. Today we train 8.5 Lakhs teachers each year at block level, and they are our true partners of change and responsible for the encouraging results we have seen through third-party assessments. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as CSR Fundraising Manager About the Role We are looking for a goal-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of securing CSR funding. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a demonstrated history of raising 5-6 Crore or more annually in the CSR space. You will play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising strategy, leveraging your extensive network in the CSR ecosystem to secure partnerships and funding to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet and exceed annual funding goals. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners, CSR foundations, and other stakeholders. Craft compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding commitments. Represent Sampark Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our reach. Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives. Monitor and report on fundraising progress, ensuring transparency and accountability. Job Requirement Experience: 7-10 years in CSR fundraising with a proven record of securing 5-6 Crore or more annually. Networking Skills: A robust and active network in the CSR and corporate philanthropy space. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for creating social impact. Location: Willingness to work on-site at our Noida office.
