Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI Development:

• Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into interactive and functional user interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.

2. Full Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases to support front-end features.
• Utilize server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Python, Java, etc.) to build efficient, scalable applications.
• Implement database solutions (SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) to store and manage application data.

3. Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of both the front-end and back-end components of the application.
• Implement best practices in terms of code quality, scalability, and performance.

4. Collaboration and Code Reviews:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers) to ensure the product meets both functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

5. Testing and Debugging:

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack to ensure smooth user experiences.

6. Version Control and Documentation:

• Manage and maintain code using version control systems such as Git.
• Create and update documentation for both front-end and back-end codebases, processes, and guidelines.

7. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI and full-stack development.
• Actively contribute new ideas to enhance the product and development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or UI Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Java, Python, etc.) and building APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience in serverless architecture.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on UI development.
