Full Stack Engineer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using React, Node.js, and React Native. You will oversee and implement small software features and projects, typically within 2-4 weeks, while continuously iterating on engineering approaches to enhance efficiency and outcomes. It is essential to connect your work to the broader business strategy to contribute to the overall success of the company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and data scientists, to deliver holistic solutions to client challenges. You may also be required to perform other related duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong expertise in React, Node.js, and React Native. A solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks/libraries is crucial. Your excellent knowledge of computer science principles and software engineering best practices will be beneficial in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software for performance and scalability. Clear communication skills are essential for reporting progress and discussing blockers effectively.
