Full stack developer (Java, React, Cloud)

Overall Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Develop and maintain applications and systems using Java and React.

Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Software Requirements:

Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.

Strong experience in React and front-end technologies.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing.

Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Category-wise Technical
Skills:

Front-End:

Proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g., Redux).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Back-End:

Extensive knowledge of Java programming.

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Cloud:

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Tools & Others:

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Maven, npm/yarn).

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.

Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade applications.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team ceremonies.

Debug, test, and fix bugs and issues as they arise.

Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience with Java and React.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
