Full Stack Developer

You are a Full-Stack Developer with 5 to 8+ years of experience, ready to join IAI Solution Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development using Python, React.js, and Next.js. Your role will involve working with FastAPI, Django, Node.js, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS to build and deploy scalable systems in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications, building responsive UIs, designing robust backend APIs, working with cloud platforms for deployment, managing DevOps tasks, setting up CI/CD pipelines, optimizing database schemas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time. You will also troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and security while taking ownership of assigned modules/features and contributing to technical planning and architecture discussions. To excel in this role, you must have strong hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask, as well as proficiency in frontend development using React.js and Next.js. You should be comfortable building and consuming RESTful APIs, have a solid understanding of database design and queries, practical experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. Your problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills will be essential, along with your ability to work in an agile development environment and manage ambiguity and rapid iterations.
