Full Stack Developer- Pune

As a Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications focusing on both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.Net Core) technologies. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a background in product companies, possessing a product development mindset essential for driving innovation, ensuring long-term product growth, and aligning technical execution with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Angular and other front-end technologies, ensuring best practices and staying updated on the latest Angular features. Collaborating closely with product teams to meet business and user needs, designing back-end solutions, integrating APIs, and driving product development to deliver high-quality user experiences and long-term scalability. For front-end skills with an Angular focus, you should have extensive experience with Angular, in-depth knowledge of Angular versions and features, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and frameworks like Sass/Less and Bootstrap. Hands-on experience with state management libraries (NgRx), RxJS for asynchronous programming, and collaborating with UI/UX teams for a seamless user interface aligned with design requirements are also required. In terms of back-end skills, you should have a strong grasp of data structures, design patterns, and system design concepts, experience with server-side technologies like .Net Core, Java for RESTful APIs, and database management skills in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Knowledge of API design, security best practices, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions is essential for efficient deployment. Having a product development mindset is crucial, with experience in product-driven companies, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business value, and involvement in product roadmap discussions for iterative product development. Understanding wireframing, user flow diagrams, design principles, and close collaboration with UI/UX designers are required for creating an intuitive and engaging user interface. Soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, ability to adopt new technologies quickly, and collaborative team player mindset are highly valued.
