This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at THE Park Indore. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing the front desk staff, and ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
·        Office Administration and Front Office management skills
·        Excellent customer service and communication skills
·        Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
·        Experience in managing a team
·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills
·        Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·        Ability to manage all areas of Front Office
·        Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
·        Proficiency in Opera PMS
·        3+ years of work experience in HOD role or equivalent position.
·        10+ years of work experience with Hospitality Management
