Role Description

This is a full-time Front Office Manager role located on-site in Bengaluru. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for daily office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service at the front office, and effective communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

  • Office Administration and Front Office skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
