Additionally, you will be expected to implement and maintain guest service standards and utilize phone systems for handling inquiries and reservations. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting. Proficiency in phone etiquette and guest services, familiarity with front desk procedures and night audit processes, and multilingual skills are considered advantageous for better guest interactions. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
