📢 We're Hiring: Calling Executive – Client Follow-Up (Full-Time) Location: Indirapuram Department: Customer Relations / Sales Support Experience: 1–2 years Salary: 18000 - 25000 About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and communicative Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups with our existing clients, ensuring smooth communication, and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and reminders. Maintain and update client interaction records in the system. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding service updates, feedback, or pending actions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. Build rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages – e.g., English, Hindi]. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records. Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive tone. Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
