Greeting Visitors and clients in friendly and professional manner Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel. Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar of the office Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintaining a clean and organized reception area Providing general Administrative support to the office staff, such as photocopying, faxing and filling documents Managing office supplies and inventory Handling customer inquires and complaints in a timely and professional manner Updating and maintaining the office database and other records In addition to these duties, a front office receptionist should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, proficiency in basic computer application (Microsoft products). A positive attitude and professional demeanor are also essential qualities for a front office receptionist
