As a Front Office Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with guests and exceeding their expectations through personalized service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Check ins & Check Out Feedback Management Guest Relations Front Desk Support Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality industry with Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
