Position Overview:

Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
• Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
• Maintain front desk operations in compliance with hotel policies and standards
• Prepare daily reports, manage bookings, and handle billing and payments
• Uphold the highest level of hospitality and guest service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front office or guest relations in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
