  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two pass, diploma in office management preferred.
  • Experience: Fresher / experience in front office management or customer service is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with inquiries.
  • Managing calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintaining records and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating with departments for smooth operations.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
