Front End Engineer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) who will be joining our product engineering team. Your primary focus will be on developing responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies like ReactJS, NextJS, ANT Design, and JavaScript. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, you will be responsible for creating high-quality applications that meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic, responsive, and high-performance web applications using a variety of front-end technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, Ant Design, Redux, MUI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and develop reusable UI components and libraries for improved efficiency. Collaborating with designers and stakeholders, you will translate design wireframes into functional applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and adhering to UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards. You will also implement robust front-end security practices, integrate third-party plugins and libraries, and manage system-level configurations to enhance application functionality while complying with privacy regulations. You will work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs, collaborate with product managers to align solutions with business goals, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide feedback. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing of applications, debug front-end issues, stay updated with emerging front-end development trends, and continuously optimize the development process through automation. To qualify for this role, you should have strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, Bootstrap, and Ant Design, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, experience with state management libraries, familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs, proficiency with Git, and knowledge of front-end security best practices. You should also have 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development, a track record of building production-grade applications, experience in responsive design, and expertise in cross-browser compatibility. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.,
