About the Role Are you an experienced Front-End Developer? Do you have solid commercial experience? Then we are searching for you as an Experienced Frontend Web Developer to design and develop high-quality dynamic internal/external web applications. What youll be doing: Coding! Much of your time will be doing what you love, developing clean efficient code Working with the team on the technical discovery, scoping, and design of our solutions Helping the team with continuous improvement of the build and deployment process Mentoring colleagues whenever needed Learning both through teammates and training resources Collaborating with all of the team to ensure we are always delivering just enough to give value to our customers Attend stand-up progress meetings and backlog/requirements refinement meetings daily. Helping us with the challenge of dealing with some technical debt, often through exciting new projects. Written and spoken English fluency. We would like to speak with you if you have; At least 3+ years commercial experience with HTML5, CSS 3, LESS /SASS/SCSS, JavaScript. Excellent knowledge of JavaScript. Self-drive with unit testing and the ability to pick the issues. Proven pixel-perfect CSS skills. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and ways to work around them. Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN. A better understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and Ajax. Significant experience in debugging using JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console. To be a good communicator. To have a passion to learn new skills. Note: It would be a bonus if you have any experience with VueJs/React, and Typescript.
