Job Summary:

Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
  • Support HR/admin teams with day-to-day tasks when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus
