Role Overview: We are looking for a presentable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to be the face of our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and will be responsible for handling all front office activities with efficiency and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner Handle incoming phone calls, redirect them appropriately, and take messages when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Coordinate appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings Manage visitor records and maintain security protocols Receive and distribute incoming couriers, packages, and mails Assist the HR/Admin team with basic clerical and administrative tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Fluent in English and Hindi
