Requirement Overview: - Experience: 3 to 5 years - Key Skills: Strong people management, track record of driving performance, stakeholder management, data maintenance and reporting, full ownership of team KPIs and deliverables - Work Mode: 5 days a week from the office, based in a cleanroom environment Professional & Educational Background: - A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred. - A full-time Master's degree or equivalent is considered an added bonus.,
