As a Franchise Development professional in Thrissur, your role will involve managing franchise sales, overseeing the franchising process, and devising effective business strategies to attract new franchisees. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new franchise owners, nurturing relationships with existing franchisees, and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising, along with strong business and sales acumen. Your ability to conduct impactful training sessions, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be instrumental in your success. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, and familiarity with the healthcare or garment care industry will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
