You will be joining our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis professional for a prominent GCC company. In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance team, contributing to planning, business modeling, and data analytics to support the company in making well-informed financial decisions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization to drive the company's growth trajectory. As an integral part of our team, you should thrive in an environment of uncertainty and be eager to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic organization. Your key duties will include developing the company's long-term and annual plans, creating monthly investor reports, conducting data analytics, addressing adhoc data requests, delivering P&L insights to senior management, and effectively leading a team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance qualification, with 3-8 years of experience in financial planning and analytics. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential, along with strong communication skills. Experience with tools like Power BI for data visualization and reporting will be advantageous.
