Job Role: Shift Supervisor

Department: Fettling

Work Location : Coimbatore_

No. Of. Openings : 10

Experience :_ 2 to 4 Years ( Foundry Experience)_

Salary :_ 15,000/- to 18,000/- _

Shift :_ Rotational Shift_

Language Known : English, Hindi (Spoken Only)

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Assign staff members to shifts.
• Assign tasks to staff members.
• Supervise fettling workers (grinders, chippers).
• Ensure castings are cleaned and finished as per quality standards
• Allocate daily work and monitor production output.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the fettling area.
• Check tools and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Train workers on proper fettling methods.
• Report daily production, rejections, and manpower status.

Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• Experience working in manufacturing in Foundry Devision.
• Natural leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to multitask.
