Job Description:
Seed Media is looking for a proactive and reliable Founder's Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day tasks, communication, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
• Handle emails, follow-ups, and task tracking
• Support operational and administrative activities

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Proactive, organized, and dependable
