Formulation Scientist

JD:

a. Developing new biobased surfactant formulations for textile auxiliaries, cleaning products for home care and institutional applications, cosmetics, and personal care products.

b. Conducting product optimization studies in the formulation lab and executing application trials for product development in the textile application lab across various stages of fabric processing.

c. Planning and organizing daily experimental activities for efficient lab operations.

d. Developing customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and establishing testing parameters for the bio-based formulations developed.

e. Collaborating with the marketing team to conduct troubleshooting experiments for market-facing products and existing applications.

f. Demonstrating thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in handling lab testing equipment and analytical instruments.

g. Possessing strong understanding of surfactant chemistry and formulation science.

h. Proficient in analytical techniques including titration, preparation of standard solutions, and calibration of laboratory instruments.

i. Experienced in the overall management and operations of a surfactant-based formulation laboratory.
