Turn wild ideas (think: "blue raspberry anti-plaque bomb" or "zero-waste glitter toothpaste") into real, shelf-ready formulas that make oral hygiene actually exciting. You’ll lead our R&D lab to create toothpaste that’s viral-worthy, dentist-approved, and earth-kind – from first sketch to factory scale.

• Cook up revolutionary formulas – Design toothpaste from scratch: vegan, sustainable, and packed with science (fluoride alternatives? novel actives? Let’s talk).
• Make mouths happy – Obsess over texture, flavor, and sensorial experience (goodbye, chalky grit; hello, smooth vibes).
• Crush compliance – Ensure every batch meets global regs (FDA, EU Cosmetics, ISO 22716) – no greenwashing, just real science.
• Geek out on testing – Run stability, compatibility, efficacy, and safety trials (lab coat + playlist required).
• Scale the magic – Take small-batch "eureka!" moments to mass production without losing the sparkle.
• Eco-hack packaging – Partner with designers to make tubes that don’t outlive sea turtles.
• Spot trends before they trend – Turn TikTok dental hacks into product features (yes, "viral-worthy" is KPI).
  

• Hold a BS/MS in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Material Science (or equivalent hands-on wizardry).
• Have 2+ years formulating cosmetics, toiletries, or oral care (toothpaste/paste experience = huge plus).
• Speak fluent colloid chemistry – emulsifiers, abrasives, humectants (glycerin isn’t just for viral skin care).
• Live sustainability – upcycled ingredients, waterless formats, plastic-free tech? Pitch us.
• Thrive in a startup lab – self-driven, prototype-obsessed, and allergic to red tape.
