Hotel Miramar, Daman Hotel Miramar, a top-tier hotel brand known for service and style in Daman, is home to five uniquely styled restaurants , each offering a curated menu in distinct atmospheres. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead service operations, maintain high standards, and deliver warm, memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily F&B service in your assigned restaurant outlet. Ensure smooth operations and maintain SOPs for service quality. Lead and train service staff, ensuring professionalism and attentiveness. Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback gracefully. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order fulfillment. Oversee reservations, table arrangements, and dining flow. Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality service. Strong communication and leadership skills. Pleasant personality with excellent guest-handling ability. Familiarity with POS systems and hotel service protocols is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
