We're Hiring: Sr. Executive – Material Planning

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month

Convertex India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive – Material Planning to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in inventory control, supplier coordination, and dispatch management, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate inventories of all materials and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Utilize ERP/inventory management software to manage stock movement.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales to forecast material requirements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies effectively.
• Generate reports on material flow, adjustments, and utilization trends.
• Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee dispatch operations and ensure timely material delivery.

Key Duties:

• Review and process purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Verify quality and specs of incoming materials.
• Support cost-saving initiatives related to materials.
• Promote sustainable and efficient material handling practices.
• Coordinate with warehouse for FIFO/LIFO implementation and safe storage.
• Address and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through team planning sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in material planning and dispatch.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
