Position Overview

We are seeking talented and driven Marketing Staff who are passionate about promoting healthy dairy products and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of fresh milk and curd
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors
• Conduct field visits and customer engagement activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets (1000+ liters/month)
• Represent the brand at local events and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG or dairy product marketing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Thrissur market is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree

Compensation & Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
