Flex Machine Operator

Job Role: We are hiring a Flex Machine Operator for our printing press. No prior experience is needed – we will provide full training. The candidate will be responsible for operating flex printing machines, assisting in print production, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Learn to operate and maintain flex printing machines under supervision Assist in setting up machines for different types of print jobs Handle materials like banners, vinyl, and flex rolls for printing Monitor print quality and ensure accuracy in output Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance tasks Coordinate with design and finishing departments for smooth workflow Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Report issues or delays to the supervisor promptly Be punctual, disciplined, and ready to learn new skills Eligibility: Must have passed 12th Standard Willingness to learn and work in a printing press environment Basic understanding of machines or interest in technical work preferred Freshers are welcome Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
