Job Description

Voice Process:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Provide product or service information to customers.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during calls.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as per protocol.

Non-Voice Process:

Respond to customer emails, chats, and social media messages promptly and professionally.
Manage customer tickets through the CRM or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions via written communication.
Assist customers with order processing, cancellations, refunds, and other requests.
Ensure high-quality and error-free communication.
Document and update customer interaction details accurately.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Patience and empathy to handle challenging customer interactions.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
