Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative PGT Fine Art Teacher with at least 5 years of experience in teaching Fine Arts to senior secondary classes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in visual arts, a flair for creative expression, and a deep understanding of art techniques, history, and pedagogy. The teacher will be responsible for guiding students through artistic exploration while preparing them for academic assessments and fostering a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Fine Arts lessons for Grades 11 and 12 in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Teach various art techniques including sketching, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.
• Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, exhibitions, and inter-school competitions.
• Foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in students through personalized feedback and encouragement.
• Organize art displays, exhibitions, and workshops to showcase student work and promote art appreciation in the school community.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and performance.
• Collaborate with fellow educators on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
• Stay updated with trends in contemporary art and incorporate them into the curriculum as appropriate.
• Ensure the maintenance and responsible use of art supplies and classroom materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in various art mediums and techniques.
• Passion for nurturing creativity and artistic talent in students.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of diverse skill levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
