Role & responsibilities

Liaise with bank branch staff and build effective relationships to maximize business opportunities
Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products to help generate new business
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
Assist in revenue generation by enabling bank staff to sell insurance
Support bank staff in servicing existing customers and resolving queries
Ensure business quality and prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions
Preference for candidates willing to work across multiple locations.
