Job Title: Workday Integration Analyst Contract: 6 months Shift: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST Location: 100% remote Years of experience: 6+ years Job Summary The Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, banking). This role ensures seamless data flow and system interoperability, supporting both operational efficiency and compliance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Integration Development & Maintenance Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services. Configure and schedule integrations to run in alignment with payroll cycles and accounting job completions. Support ad-hoc and batch-triggered integrations, ensuring they meet business and compliance requirements. Technical Design & Documentation Draft and maintain technical specifications and integration design documents. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Testing & Troubleshooting Lead integration testing efforts including unit, system, and end-to-end testing. Monitor integration events and logs, resolve errors, and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support integration needs. Provide technical guidance and training to HRIS team members and business users. Compliance & Audit Ensure integrations comply with internal controls and audit requirements. Maintain audit logs and exception handling protocols for all integrations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and integration lifecycle management. Preferred Skills Workday certifications in Studio, Integrations, or Payroll. Experience with Workday Extend and BIRT reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
