Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plan.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports & dashboards for leadership.
Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and margin analysis. Build and maintain financial models to track efficiency and profitability.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
Drive process automation for budgeting and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile:

Required a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
Accounting Experience on Xero Software.
Strong Financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management ability.
