Job Title: Financial Advisor – Insurance Sales

Location: Ghansoli (Mahape), Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (preferably in sales)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream or HSC with at least one year of on-paper experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking young and dynamic individuals with a strong passion for sales and target achievement. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for promoting insurance products, engaging with customers, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to businesses and individuals over the phone to promote insurance services
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
• Maintain regular follow-ups and collect feedback after initial conversations
• Accurately document customer information and transaction details
• Set up appointments for the sales team with potential customers

Basic Requirements:

• Must have a background in finance and sales, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is preferred
• Candidates with experience in banking or personal loans will be an added advantage
• Should be comfortable using relevant computer applications and tools for data entry and communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
