Finance Executive-Taxation

You will be responsible for coordinating tasks and collaborating with other departments within the organization. As a departmental role model, you will mentor team members, assign tasks, and ensure they are completed on time while meeting quality standards. It is crucial to report any work-related accidents or injuries promptly to the manager or supervisor. Adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and safeguarding proprietary information and company assets are essential aspects of this role. Effective communication skills are required, including clear verbal communication, accurate written document preparation, and polite telephone etiquette. Developing and nurturing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and addressing employee concerns appropriately are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role may involve physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Flexibility to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors is expected. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. - Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience required. - License or Certification: None required.
