Job Description: Finance Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and hands-on experience with MIS reporting, GST, TDS, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner and ensure follow-up on collections. Track and reconcile employee timesheets to ensure accurate billing and payroll processing. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions efficiently. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and MIS reports for internal review and decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability. Manage vendor accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including TDS and GST filings. Assist with audits, tax assessments, and financial reviews by maintaining proper documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve financial controls.
