Field Services Engineer

D&D Healthcare, is India's largest ventilator manufacturing company, specialising in various ICU equipment such as DVT Pumps, Suction Pumps, and various types of Ventilators. Established in 2018, it is one of the fastest-growing Indian healthcare startups. The company has an R&D center in Noida, with the capability to research and develop high-end ICU equipment rapidly. Notably, AgVa provided the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian Government during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include installing and servicing ICU equipment, offering on-site technical assistance, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting
• Skills in Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Noida
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
