Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Executive to join our team at Bijlipay, a leader in digital payment solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting POS/swiping machines at merchant locations and ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Install and activate new POS machines at merchant sites. Provide technical support and training to merchants on using the POS terminal. Handle field-related issues, including hardware/software troubleshooting. Perform routine maintenance and updates on deployed POS terminals. Coordinate with the backend support team for issue resolution. Ensure timely response and closure of service requests/tickets. Maintain accurate records of field visits, installations, and customer feedback. Promote other products and services offered by Bijlipay, if applicable.
