Field Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding local businesses to offer our tailored digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, PPC advertising, and branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses, startups, and SMEs to promote and pitch digital marketing solutions.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of services like SEO, social media, Google Ads, and website development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, and sales using CRM tools or reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for proposal creation and service execution.
• Gather market feedback and report trends or competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or client-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn the basics of the services offered.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Fluency in local language + English is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
