Role & responsibilities Develop and expand retail distribution in the assigned territory by onboarding and managing distributors, retailers, and accessory shops. Drive primary and secondary sales through active market coverage and order booking. Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and brand visibility across key counters. Communicate product benefits, including multi-use functionality (car, home, office), to help retailers upsell. Educate trade partners on new launches, trade schemes, and brand campaigns. Collect and share market intelligence on competitor activities and market trends. Maintain daily reporting of activities using digital tools (WhatsApp / CRM / Excel). Ensure timely payment collections and smooth supply chain coordination with distributors. Preferred candidate profile Freshers or candidates with 0 -3 years of experience in general trade / traditional trade sales, preferably from FMCG, automotive accessories, or lifestyle product sectors. Good understanding of local retail dynamics and distribution models. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the trade network. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented with a passion for field work. Comfortable using basic tech tools (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM) for reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
