Job Title: Business Executive - Monetization About the Company: NoBrokerHood is a smart visitor, society, and accounting management system designed to make life more convenient and secure for residents of housing societies and townships. The platform helps manage all aspects of a residential complex, including complaint management, amenities management, payments, billing, accounting, and more. About the Role: As a Business Executive - Monetization, your role focuses on generating sales and addressing customer needs in the area of marketing and advertising. You will serve as an extended marketing arm for brands, ensuring that every action you take exhibits a customer-first approach. The primary responsibility will be identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the retention of existing ones. Additionally, you will be involved in campaign planning and execution based on the client's brief. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the platform. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Campaign Planning & Execution: Work closely with clients to plan and execute advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives. Ensure that campaigns are successfully deployed and meet client expectations. Gate Banners Deployment: If required, ensure the deployment of gate banners for activities. Collaborate with vendors for smooth execution, or take responsibility for deploying them in-house if necessary. Door-to-Door Sampling: Execute door-to-door sampling as needed, coordinating with vendors or taking charge of the entire process if no vendor or promoter is available. Complete Execution of Activities: Oversee every aspect of the activity, from deploying banners to placing floor mats. Ensure nothing is overlooked. Permission Management: Obtain necessary permissions from societies before executing any activity. Ensure permissions are secured via WhatsApp or email from the Point of Contact (PoC) to avoid last-minute issues. Lift Frame Deployment: Ensure lift frames are deployed when required and take responsibility for updating posters as needed. Site Visits on Non-Activity Days: On days with no scheduled activities, conduct visits to at least 5-6 unique sites to build connections and explore future opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth execution of activities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role in marketing/advertising is a plus. Why Join Us?
