Eligibility criteria- Only male candidate Age- Upto 33 Salary- Fixed + PF + Petrol allowance + Incentives per month Looking for immediate joiners. Freshers do not apply! Bangalore- English + Kannada mandatory Hyderabad- English + Telugu mandatory Chennai- English + Tamil mandatory. Specific Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Source new property listings, conduct inspections, and educate owners on NoBrokers services. Tenant Assistance & Transaction Facilitation: Help tenants find suitable properties, coordinate viewings, manage rental agreements, and ensure smooth transactions. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing & Lead Generation: Promote NoBroker through local networking, events, and referrals to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Data Management & CRM: Update property and client data, and use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively Perks & Value Proposition: Health insurance: Rs 1 lakh per year, fully paid by the company. Promotions: Employees are promoted every 6 months, with outstanding performers eligible for promotions every quarter. Rewards: Monthly recognition and rewards for top performers.
