Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory through field visits, referrals, and local networking. 2. Product Promotion & Demonstration: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services and demonstrate their benefits to customers. 3. Sales Closure & Target Achievement: Convert leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding assigned monthly targets. 4. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client interactions, and sales status through company systems or CRM tools. 6. Market Feedback Collection: Gather insights from the field to help improve marketing strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement. 7. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and report regularly to supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and success stories. 1. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduation (All semester marksheets required) 2. Own bike is mandatory 3. Must have a smartphone. 4.
