Field Recruiter

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to effectively communicate with potential candidates. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilise various sourcing methods including Job Boards, Job Posters, Social Media, Field Hiring, Job Fair, and networking to generate leads. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and Candidate Bank/Database. Collaborate with Hiring Managers/HRBPs to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Manage relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience from application through onboarding. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or recruitment is Blue Collars especially for Logistics / E-Commerce Industry is essential. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience with lead generation techniques for sourcing candidates is advantageous. Proficient in using HRIS systems for managing employee data. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
