Field Network Engineer

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints both on field and through technical troubleshooting. You will be expected to provide timely and quality resolutions within the defined TAT, monitor the NMS for alerts, and take necessary actions based on the events detected. Additionally, you will analyze recurring complaints, implement corrective measures, and escalate when required to prevent customer churn and ensure service delivery within SLA commitments. Your role will also involve adhering to established processes, providing structured feedback to management for continuous service improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver permanent solutions. The ideal candidate should possess 0.6 - 5 years of work experience, hands-on experience in networking and hardware troubleshooting, and educational qualifications ranging from 12th grade to Engineering level. A valid 2-wheeler license and vehicle, along with the ability to provide last 3 months" salary proofs and CTC letter, are essential requirements for this role.
