Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction
• Approach walk-in customers at showrooms, home expos, residential societies, or other high-footfall areas.
• Explain basic information about modular kitchens — features, benefits, and why choose the company.
• Lead Collection
• Collect details like name, contact number, email, and home address for those interested.
• Ensure data is accurate and complete for follow-up.
• Promotional Activities
• Distribute flyers, brochures, or coupons.
• Set up kiosks or participate in events (e.g., home expos or interior fairs).
• Sometimes do door-to-door marketing in new residential complexes.
• Database Entry
• Input leads into CRM or lead management software (or submit to the office team manually).
• Basic Qualification
• Briefly screen leads to check their genuine interest or timeline (e.g., “Are you planning to install a kitchen in the next 3 months?”).
• Brand Representation
• Represent the brand professionally.
• Wear company-branded clothing (if provided), be polite and approachable.
• Skills Needed
• Good communication skills (local language + basic English or Hindi).
• Confident, friendly, and well-groomed.
• Basic knowledge of modular kitchens is a plus (training is usually provided).
• Honest and detail-oriented in collecting lead data.
