Job Responsibilities: 1. To plan and develop the service support mechanism to attain the break down issues at the BMCs and CCs Levels such as Maintenance of Chillers,DGs and Comperssors. 2. Responsible for Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of Bulk Milk Cooler, Stabilizer, Can Scrubber, Milk Pump, and Condensing Unit & Accessories at all BMC location cover under particular District Area. 3. To plan and manage the timely delivery of machines and equipments as the BMCs and CCs and also its proper installation. 4. Coordinate with Service provider for Maintenance of equipments and verify and validate the service reports of DG set. 5. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems. 6. Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests. 7. Responsible for maintenance of all kinds of measuring equipment and Laboratory equipment. 8. Need to take safety measures before going for any maintenance related activity. 9. Responsible for facilitating and monitoring the infrastructure and buildings, provide facilitation of necessary utility items, for e.g. lighting & Fan equipment at BMC/CC centers of particular District Area. 10. Verify and validate the reading of Electricity consumption & diesel Consumption of all BMCs/CCs for particular district area. 11. Coordinate with HO for commencing and prioritizing activities and addherace to the timelines and reporting on daily basis. 12. Responsible for smooth operations of all Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) and also for maintenance of ETP equipment at BMCs/CCs for particular District Area. 13. Coordinate efforts with other peoples involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components. 14. Coordinating with PGVCL for all issues by taking consensus with HO 15. Actively coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers and related parties for project requirements. 16. Check, verify and approve supplier bills / invoices. 17. Conduct equipment safety audit on periodic basis. 18. Any other work assigned from time to time by the company
