Field Coordinator

A service-based firm based at cochin is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Field Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in field operations, coordination, and team management within the service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate field operations and service delivery
• Manage and lead on-ground teams to ensure efficient performance
• Act as a liaison between the Filed Executives, local authorities, and various clients
• Prepare reports and maintain records of daily field activities
• Handle client interactions and resolve service Delivery issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field coordination or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; background in management is a plus
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
